Attorneys have filed three lawsuits against hospitals for forcing the use of Remdesivir and respirators to treat people for Covid-19, oftentimes against the wishes of the patients and their families. They claim that doctors, hospitals, and even states were given ample incentive by the federal government to use the ineffective and dangerous protocols instead of treatments that were more effective but less profitable.

It was a blockbuster interview all the way through, but there was one comment in particular that should chill Americans to the bone. As the attorneys claim in their lawsuits, the unvaxxed were primarily targeted.

Gee, I wonder why? Could it be because the medical industry lied to people about the efficacy of cloth masks? Or maybe it could be because as a whole it didn't speak out against about COVID patient being placed in Nursing homes with high risk populations. Or, maybe it's because a vast majority of hospitals and doctors chose their licenses over speaking up against the rolling out of untested medical treatments which the CDC LITERALLY had to change the definition of what a vaccine was in order to push it on an uninformed public.

Public health measures don't:
used shame based tactics.
use weaponized fear.
silence dissenting voices.
discourage questioning.
discredit those who have been harmed.
dehumanize outsiders.
require zealous commitment to an infallible authority.

I would argue that it was an epic failure, and that most of those who received it, didn’t have a positive outcome. It was as though it was punishment for not complying with the vaccine “mandate”.

Early in docs and nurses were doing the best they could with what they had information wise.

I know in my small circle where a co-worker’s wife who is a nurse would relay to him the disdain of the “un-vaxxed” coming in to the hospital. The people who drank the Dr. Fraudci Fool-Aid were highly critical of the un-vaxxed. I cannot help but think that the “true believers” in Fraudci may have “taken it out” on some of these people at the hospital level.

The local hospital treated my father with remdesivere and the respirator. He died alone in the hospital in 4 days. Three months later my wife died on the same floor of that hospital. They said she had pneumonia. I don’t know what they gave her that put her into a coma. I’ve been trying to get her medical records for over 18 months.

That happened to my mom earlier this year. Not vaxed. Went to a NYS Lhospital for infection. They told her she had Covid, which she most likely did not. Stuck her in a room with someone who absolutely DID have Covid. Gave her Remdesivir without permission from her or her Healthcare Proxy.

She refused to die, but they did their best.

There is an amazing aspect to this alleged Lawsuit just like all the other lawsuits that have been proclaimed on these type of websites.

I recall a couple of years back some cool dudes wearing sunglasses indoors (always a red flag for me) claimed to have filed Lawsuits (covering all alleged victims)
They acted all excited. As if this was the big “gotcha” to Big Pharma.
So sure of victory.
Yet never showed the the papers. Never even held up the documents with pride as they waved them around.
What happen? That eventually faded into nothing and those B.S’ers disappeared.
There was no filing, no suit.

From a legal stand point, (because these websites are counting on your lack of legal knowledge) a class action suit Never starts as a Class action suit. Only an individual can file a grievance, and only then can they motion the court to allow the suit to proceed as a Class Action type Lawsuit.
But that doesn’t even happen until:
Proof of Service.
More motions, motions to dismiss.
Depos.

We have an unjabbed (50+ yr old) friend who was nearly killed by local hospital when he got covid. He said the help treated him very badly...he was in ICU for a month & put on a respirator. He is lucky to have survived.
