“Pork loin and beef chuck roasts cooked slow in the oven”

I love pork loin, but Hubby believes he will surely die if he eats pork. Those pesky worms, y’know. Maybe I should serve it with a side of Ivermectin.

He would probably really freak out if you cooked it according to the new guidelines for pork...internal temp of 145 instead of the old 165, which leaves it a little pink here and there.

I have a close family member who’s a porkophobe and it’s really too bad because a perfect bone-in pork chop is a true delicacy.

We used this home-made marinade on boneless chops a few days ago...your husband won't even notice the worms...tasty!
