Ukrainian astronomers say the skies over their war-torn country are crowded not only with Russian missiles, but a large number of UFOs.
The surprising claims were outlined in a new research paper published by the Main Astronomical Observatory of Ukraine’s National Academy of Science.
The paper, titled “Unidentified area phenomena I. Observations of events,” claims that researchers have detected numerous UFOs from two meteor observation stations in Kyiv and the village of Vinarivka, about 75 miles outside the capital.
“We see them everywhere. We observe a significant number of objects whose nature is not clear,” the authors of the paper write. “Flights of single, group and squadrons of the ships were detected, moving at speeds from 3 to 15 degrees per second.”
*snip*
The main characteristic of the UFOs observed by Kyiv’s astronomers is their extremely high speed, which can only be detected with specialized equipment.
“The eye does not fix phenomena lasting less than one-tenth of a second,” the study says. “It takes four-tenths of a second to recognize an event. Ordinary photo and video recordings will also not capture the UFO. To detect UAP [unidentified aerial phenomenon], you need to fine-tune the equipment: shutter speed, frame rate, and dynamic range.”
Using color video cameras with fine-tuned shutter speed, frame rate and range positioned at the two meteor observation stations, the researchers said, they were able to record the unknown objects zooming through the sky.

The main characteristic of UFOs is, well, that they are unidentified and flying.
Glad to see that the wodka hasn’t stopped flowing.
Those pesky no-see-ums.
Because they are US aircraft.
You actually think the F-35/F-22 are the best we have????
😂😂😂😂
Idiots.
Highly doubt it. Try Russian or Chinese. The US still can’t identify them Tic-Tac’s that keep pestering the US Navy....

Hmmm. That's a kind of lame excuse for what might be nothing more than lights in the sky.
I realize the idea of UFOs might be scary, but not everything is an experimental U.S. aircraft. Or swamp gas. Or weather balloons.;-)
Same for China. If China had this technology, we'd all be eating General Tso's chicken.;-)
Noticed you left out US.
So you think the US has such capabilities?
It pays to read articles…” According to the paper, a “cosmic” is a luminous object that appears brighter than the background of the sky, while a “phantom” is a dark object with “a completely black body that does not emit and absorbs all the radiation falling on it.””
Some are “black bodies” absorbing all incident electromagnetic radiation.
Please could one of those green men pilot his UFO over to the Kremlin and zap Putin.
If the U.S. had this technology back in the 1960's...well, you see what that might mean. We wouldn't be putting up with any shiite from China, Russia, North Korea, et al.
Of course, if it's a recent development, Biden, via Hunter, would have been sharing with everyone (for only an extra 10% to the Big Guy).;-)
I'm not saying I know what they are or that they are actually real objects.
They may look like tic-tacs and they may register as real on our sensor systems, but, really, who knows what the hell they are. It's all just speculation.
Agreed. *thumbsup*
I was just teasing the commenter. See that little winky smiley.
Still doesn't mean it's an experimental aircraft.
Unidentified Frying Objects.
Here in America we call those drones.
Given that drones have played a deadly part in this conflict, I would think Russia and Ukraine are considering that possibility.
Feelers. Don’t tell Bongino. Poor guy was freaking out about UFOs last week. Says congress knows that aren’t from Earth. “Gort! Klaatu parada niktu “
Zap Zelensky, too. He’s as bad as Puti, and probably much worse.
