Roos are plentiful and considered a pest by most farmers in Oz. While not everywhere you can find Kangaroo meat available in some places. I’ve had it. Tastes like beef but is leaner.

We have possums here in the US who are pets. One guy and his friend used to go to Flame broiler for a chicken bowl.
