Usually shown on a Sunday night, the Emmys were shifted to Monday to make way for NBC’s first “Sunday Night Football” game the night before. It couldn’t escape football, however, since it competed against a tight “Monday Night Football” game.

The Emmys? When were they? Bunch of shows I wouldn’t know.... I hear Ted Lasso is good. That’s about it.
What’s an Emmy?
There was a pandemic in 2000?
Darn, I forgot to watch them for the 43th year in a row.

How ‘Bout Them Cowboys!
Self-aggrandizement awards shows ALERT!
Comments BUMP!
Ever since “My Mother the Car” lost, I don’t watch this award show

We watched neither in this house.
I watched reruns of Murder She Wrote. Wow did they cram a whole lot of celebs into each episode!
LOL, it was the 90s version of "The Love Boat".
Never heard of these shows! Would rather watch a rerun of the original Perry Mason series or Midsomer Murders.
The Emmy’s were on?
I’m still upset about “Alf” not winning.
