What makes something ultr-processed? What does that mean?
It looks like they through a bunch of high carb foods together whether it's ultra processed or not.
I'm surprised to see popcorn in the picture. Unless it's GMO popcorn, isn't that just corn heated until it pops?
Kind of the same thing with potato chips. Sliced Potatoes, oil, salt. Unless it's something like Pringles.

And Pizzas? Other than the crust which is probably no more processed than other breads, what's ultraprocessed? Okay maybe pepperoni and sausage are ultrprocessed. IDK. But most ingredients aren't ultra processed in my mind.
