Side note: Just because 2 things are in the same pill doesn’t mean they should be. I have read conflicting info about zinc+calcium, but I used to have pills with zinc+calcium+magnesium.
I have no opinion/knowledge on whether Quercitin and zinc can/should be taken together. That’s on my list for future research along with the magnesium and calcium issues.
So my point is not about what should/should not be taken together, but just that I wouldn’t trust the vitamin/mineral manufacturers putting them together as a sign that they are ok together.
Cal/Mag gave me arrhythmia, Mag/Ox does not, but prevents cramps.

I've been taking it since the Dempanic. So for over two years, I've not had my annual chronic bronchitis, nor as much as a cold. I also had a black crusty growth on my shoulder for over a decade.....since Quercetin/Zinc....it went away.

And I don't trust anything the CDC (big Farmah lobby) has to say. These forbidden Batflu "remedies" may well cure a lot of other things as well.
If they do, that's the last thing they would want us to know about.
