Hardly shocks the conscience [the standard for these sorts of things] in my view. What fraction of political campaign contributions go to salaries and expenses for friends and family? Two weeks in Tahiti was necessary to rest up and prepare my campaign strategy.

That's like what? 1-2%? Regarding the Clinton Global Fund I think it's the reverse, 98% paying the Clinton's and 2% being used for charitable purposes.
