The Oklahoma reporter who sent the byline probably used vox texting.
The idea that a reporter sits behind a wooden desk upon a wooden swivel chair with a fedora and a press pass stuck in the hat band, typing away with his shirt sleeves rolled up, his tie slightly undone... after he’s finished he will his pull out the typewriter drawer in his wooden desk and he’ll prop his brown wingtips up on it and casually take a smoke and a sip of some grocery store coffee, while all the sounds of ticker tapes and typewriters clack happily in the background...
No folks, I hate to burst your bubble but they’re probably vox texting into their smart phone and will tailor the piece on their laptops later...
