Wow. Sorry you had to go through that. A lot of illnesses going around that are difficult to diagnose these days. It seems like when I was a kid there were only a few to choose from.
Same here. I grew up in the 50's. There were four of us kids. We all got the original polio vaccines, along with chickenpox and measles. None of us ever had the mumps though. I had to have my tonsils and adenoids taken out when I was five because I had chronic earaches.
I was still recuperating from whatever I had in April, when my doctor decided to change my blood pressure and cholesterol medications, and I ended up in the emergency room again because of severe side effects to those medications. The one that was causing the biggest problem was Atorvastatin. Within six days of my having started taking it, it turned my urine dark orange. It went downhill from there. Thankfully I had stopped taking it on my own 5 days before I headed to the emergency room. I knew it was the main medication that was causing the problem. It took me weeks to get back to normal. It screwed up everything they tested in my blood work. Liver and kidney enzymes way too high...others very low. I had a lot of trouble getting my glucose levels back to normal. They were either way too high, or so low, I was shaking uncontrollably. They tested me for Covid/MRSA again at the emergency room, and thankfully they were negative.
