"Rhinovirus" is the virus that causes the common cold. To be precise, it's not "THE" virus, its a group of hundreds of them (identified) and likely quite a few not yet nailed down. Plus there are a batch of "common cold" coronaviruses aside from COVID-19, and other unknown and unclassified "cold" viruses.
I must admit I've never heard the term "Rhinorrhea”, though!
