I’ve never understood why women would mutilate themselves this way. I tried to talk two women out of having implants. Failed with both. They looked better before being "enhanced," but it's not a subject I raise.

I’ve never felt another woman’s breasts, real or fake (!) but I can’t imagine they feel natural either - whether ‘wearing’ them or touching them...

I can’t imagine they feel natural either - whether ‘wearing’ them or touching them... That was covered in the 1991 Steve Martin film "LA Story." The joke is that so many women in LA have implants that Steve Martin thinks that Sarah Jessica Parker's natural breasts feel strange:
