We can argue that point, but GOD would not use a Godly person to accomplish a terrible task.
God used Pharaoh, but he was not a good dude, God used Hitler, but he was not good.
Show me where GOD used Godly people to accomplish a bad thing.
Even when GOD allows bad people to do terrible things, he is only emboldening the heart of the one that wants to do it, but only stops from doping bad at the urge of GOD.
Sometimes GOD will allow ones own desire to take front stage if it is in HIS plan for greater Glory
i.e., Joseph being sold into slavery by his brother.
Another example is Nebuchadnezzar destroying Jerusalem and the Temple and taking the people into captivity.
God does allow bad people to do bad things, He does not allow good people to do evil things.

Sin is evil.
Sinners sin.
You are still a sinner even though you have been forgiven and given a foreign righteousness of which you do not deserve.
So many examples could be given from the Word.
How about David? A man after Gods heart had Bathsheba’s husband murdered to cover up his affair with her. Was that evil? Was David a “good person”?
Do you sin? Are you a “good person”?
