I just had mine serviced at the dealer so I’ll check my paperwork and see if they did it. I’m pretty sure mine is the 1.5L but I’ll check that too. It only has 27,000 miles on it.

That is a lot of hassle for a PCV issue. On my old Dodge Darts, I could replace the PCV in 30 seconds, and the hose never got corrupted. On my even older Darts (and a '65 Chrysler 300) there was a breather and no PCV at all!
