Maybe Randy Andy got his medals back from the hock shop. He’s sentimental (or just mental) you know. He’s got the medal of honor/offer, the oak leaf clusterflock, dead eye dickless marksmanship, gulf war dodger, the crotch de guerre, missing in action, aluminum service medal,and the mount-teen conquest medal. There might be more but the pic was a long way from tipperhairy.
Looks like there are others in black suits with medals pinned to their coats. No clue what the practice is in UK.
