I am having to order Ancestral beef kidney product due to a dao deficiency possibly causing histomine intolerance.. I noticed in some of their reviews people dealing with aftermath of COVID have found relief in some of their products. I have no clue whether this beef kidney thing will work but I am going to give it a try .
We have a person here with mast cell disorder. Can’t remember the name but she might want to look into it. Apparently beef kidneys stink and maybe why you can’t find them in your grocery store

I have some DAO that was made from a pork source.
Last time I tried some, I got such bad reflux pain and gall bladder pain that I tossed the rest of it.
Perhaps the beef source would be one I could tolerate.
And it did help until I started reacting to it.
Try talking to a doctor about histamine intolerance though. All you end up with is a lecture on how you shouldn’t believe everything you read on the internet. No kidding.
