Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar singled out financial firms under a 2021 state law that prohibits most state entities from contracting with companies that have reduced or cut investments in the oil and gas industry.
Hegar, a Republican running for reelection in November, banned BlackRock Inc., and other banks and investment firms — as well as some investment funds within large banks such as Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan — from entering into most contracts with state and local entities after Hegar’s office said the firms “boycott” the fossil fuel sector.

Another, “I told you sooo.” The Stock Market is now, on top of everything else, CRASHING!!! One of the worst seven days in history, one of the worst years in history - and it will only get worse. Wasteful Green New Deal, and other, SPENDING! Interest rates will have to go way up in order to combat record INFLATION. The Fed no longer has a choice. This was all self inflicted, no rhyme or reason. See what difference a Rigged Election can make? Like much else (Ukraine), should never have happened!!
I am stunned that it goes on and on and on, and nothing seems to happen. But when I stop and think that it would have to be Biden’s DOJ that does something, I understand why. I guess I just expect there to be so much more outrage from the Republicans.
Having said that, I never thought I’d see what I’m seeing in MY country. I can’t tell you how much I loathe these evil people.

The FBI kept Danchenko on as a paid confidential human source for 17 months after Mueller’s investigation concluded there was no Russian Collusion. They only fired him when John Durham was appointed Special Counsel and they knew they couldn’t keep it hidden anymore.
It’s like reading about the revolution in Russia and China, knowing the outcome, and yelling at people to do something!
