AMEN, Sister! This is a gal after my own heart. Yes, it is a LOT Of work, but the FREEDOM to run your own day versus someone else running your LIFE is invaluable.
I’m 62 now. I can see myself still ‘farming’ for another decade. Then, I’ll need some Interns. Or Cabana Boys. ;)
I grew up in the country and we raised most things from meat
to veggies/fruits. A lot of work and I’m at an age that its
beyond by abilities now. Stamina is the biggest problem.
