But, I will add that it is the law enforcement and municipal leadership that are not willing to oppose them.
If I were a betting man and we were able to talk to some of the patrolman in that city and deputies in that county, I’d bet that they were chomping at the bit to do something.
I’d say that city/county leadership decided to let it ride, lest an army of ANTIFA show up the next day and torch the place. Then all the Sheriff has to do is deputize all the good ol’ boys and tell them to go and quell the riot. That would be popcorn worthy.

Naw. My well-honed social Spidey sense is telling me this stuff is on the decline. It was designed by the Left to shock all us rubes out here in the sticks, but the rubes are no longer shocked, just face-palming that people can be so stupid. Similarly, "Woke" preoccupations like policing pronouns have quickly become not just boring, but actively irritating to most sane people.
The media tries to make us think things like this are major social upheavals -- because social upheavals sell papers and get ratings -- when they're really just fads, like disco and yo-yos. And fads always decline with overexposure.
Neither drag shows nor "Woke" BS will be prominent by 2024. The "cool kids" will have abandoned them to some other fad, leaving a bunch of drag queens and "social justice" junior college students saying "What happened?"
