I just don’t see any way it is natural. Granted, in some afro-Carribean culture, they may have injected or inserted something in there to mimic this look possibly, but it cannot be natural except in some kind of mutation or malformation.
And she sure looks like she has had all kinds of work on her face, with those grotesque collagen lips and such.
Too bad. I would bet she would have been very attractive without all of that.

In old Victorian England, those (primarily women) with any amount of African blood and who had Steatopygia, were features of Freak Shows (shows which were common attractions in those days of olde).

You all have it WRONG!
The butt (wide hips (BONES)) is COMMON in Black women. Usually, they are also large everywhere else too.
The “odd” thing about her is the wasp waist! The tiny waist is what makes her other “assets) stand out.
Can surgery make her waist that small? Usually enhancements make things LARGER.
I want to see photos of her MOTHER.
I believe her shape is caused by a disease. I used to know a woman who had it; and, she had to be really careful how she ate. Her upper body would not put on any fat while her lower body would. She told me the name of the disease; but, I don’t remember it.
I am curious about her classroom schedule list showing “Bible” as the 2nd activity after breakfast. There is also a small cross displayed on a cabinet. I would be surprised if this was a public school.
The outfits may be snug but they are modest as far as what is showing. To me a very low cut or short, short skirt would be more “provocative”. Her outfits just happen to be fitted to her body type.
Her outfits are modest. They do not display cleavage, camel toe, or other such focal points.

Look up waist trainers and training. It’s all the rage among these young Women today,who want to give the illusion of Huge Bust and Butt (AKA Jessica Rabbit)some will even have a few lower ribs removed to get there and butt injections. In the long run they refuse to see the internal damage they do to their bodies as organs have been known to shift and forget about carrying kids later in life.
