Suffice to say that I started at 9am and am JUST finishing the kitchen clean-up, now. Chief (our Beagle) and I are sharing a Martini, and then binge-watching a few episodes of, 'The Crown' before we pass out for the evening. LIFE is messy, with lots of trips to the compost pile (dodging wasps!) while processing fruits and veggies these days...BUT GOOD! ❤

That counts! I loved Fig Newtons as a child and they were a favorite food to take along when hiking. :-)
