6:13 video of a Fox News interview with Mike Davis former Law Clerk to Justice Gorsuch which destroys the MARA LARGO raid from a legal perspective. Ends with him clubbing a Fox Host like a bay seal.
Not the same video. Maybe similar content but that was with Jesse Waters and not the infobabe at Fox.
The infobabe got clubbed.
I just checked….it’s ALL there!
And we don’t get Twitter out of deference/respect to Trump
When they ask you to sign up, just X out and it goes away. Then you can watch without joining. It doesn’t ask every time, just sometimes. Pretend to sign up and then X out of it. Another FReeper explained this to me, and he was right. It works.
To be fair...different browsers treat Twitter differently. I know the Chinese browser I use on my phone (UC Turbo) will not play videos on Twitter. I have to copy the Twitter link and paste it into the phone’s Samsung browser to play the video. A pain to do it that way. And, the UC Turbo browser will only let me view the Twitter conversation for a minute before it rolls me over to a sign-up page. The Samsung browser doesn’t seem to have that problem. I don’t use Chrome or Firefox on my phone because I can’t get the formatting right at FR. UC Turbo formats FR perfectly!
Sorry if I jumped to the wrong conclusion.
Close. The demokkkomies think that the bureaucrats don’t have to declassify items that Trump ordered declassified before he left (which he did), and since they didn’t follow orders, they think they are still unclassified. That’s not how it works. He declassified them, they are immediately declassified whether or not some copies still contained the classified markings.
Probable maybe could be yep they are still on the same path.

“ Maybe someone could find it on YouTube for those who don’t like Twitter.”
If you don’t like twatter you probably won’t like their censoring buddies at Google either

Thanks. I saw that. It doesn’t quite say “plenary” which is what I was hoping for.
I’m wondering how long before Pres. Trump takes this to the courts.
Great post, thanks.
You must not have listened to the entire clip. Yes, Mike Davis was allowed to speak uninterrupted. However, after his cogent explanation referencing law and precedent as to why the court order was illegal - Ms. Smith seemed oblivious and reverted to AG and FBI talking points.
Fox is neither balanced or objective IMHO.
BINGO! The fox-hating akksholes are out front on this. The only thing she pursued was the fact that Mike made an assertion that the only reason Garland went to the rat-fested judge, and not the DOJ legal group, was because Garland wanted to be sure they would be affirmed on this raid. She simply inquired, “Do you know this as a fact?” that Garland intentionally went to the rat judge to get the legal go-ahead. That’s all she pursued, and which was a good follow-up. Idiot anti-fockers on this site. spit.
And so the perfectly obvious question is, where is the paper trail that declassified the documents that are marked classified? There has to be a paper trail.
I’m not against Trump but nobody can just declare something like that. If the paper says one thing and the person says another which do you believe?
Yes, I listened to the whole clip.
“Ms. Smith seemed oblivious and reverted to AG and FBI talking points.”
All true, but she brought up those talking points and let him address the talking points. Mike Davis was superb in doing so. And she did not argue or contradict or take a stab at him to get the last word in. By bringing up the Progressive counterargument, Ms. Smith allowed Mr. Davis to add emphasis.
All in all, a fair treatment of Mr. Davis. Look, I’m not fond of the press, either, but this was about as inoffensive a segment as any conservative, or any interview subject, will get.
Fox may not be balanced or objective, as you opine. But they gave Mr. Davis an entirely clear moment to make his point and did not take any cheap shots.
For that moment. And that interview. The news readers performed well.
they get paid whether you watch them or not
the channel gets cable subscriber fees
a piece of the check that pays the cable bill
my first thought no ex post facto laws...
Traitors are to be more despised that a declared enemy. It has always been thus.
Cable for entertainment and news is being replaced by streaming services. I haven't used cable for many years and have no regrets.
