I have more energy and more physical strength now at age 82 than I had stage 57 when I was forced to retire from a high paying life time job due to bad health. I am convinced the regular gym routine of treadmill and lifting weights is protecting me from diseases. Good for you. I saw an article earlier today that said walking greatly extends life and improves health. I would imagine anything that makes you move will make you healthier.

Yes! I never expected to light 82 candles since no males in my immediate family ever made it past 75. I have personally experienced the benefits of walking on treadmill 5 days every week. I can’t recommend it enough.
