9640 lbs. Half that is probably battery.
At that weight that sucker would probably get stuck in a mud puddle.
Looks cool though.

Range test finds gas pickup can tow 2,000-lb trailer 2.8 times farther than new electric pickup. And what is the range of a fully-charged GMC Hummer EV towing a 2,000-lb trailer?

And, leading the pack in distance while towing at 140 miles, it’ll cost you $0.71 per mile and you certainly won’t be going far nor fast, between charges.

After all gas-powered vehicles are declared illegal, all those school buses, ambulances, cop cars and tow trucks still will need to be charged. HUGE costs lie ahead!

Call me crazy, but this all sounds like part of the plan to herd the people into cities and make them ride the choo-choo.

Will 3rd-world countries be making gasoline powered cars? Will the US prohibit those imports?

Gasoline Hummer has a near-27 gallon gas tank. Current avg gasoline price is $3.883/gallon, $104.84.

Electric cost per mile vs
Gas cost per mile would be helpful.

They’re not just trying to get rid of ICE vehicles.
They’re getting rid of vehicles period. That is the entire point.
There will be EVMs but by the time they’re finished the vast majority of people will never be able to afford buying or driving one.
It will be like the days before the Model T; Only the very well off will be able to afford a personal vehicle.

43 cents per kilowatt hour is pretty high. I pay 8 cents. That price must be from a vendor charger.
