I eat parsley and onion as parts of casseroles, pasta dishes, omelets and soups, and have camomile tea frequently.
It’s amazing how many common vegetables and fruits have health-protective properties, if only parents would feed them and youngsters develop the habit of eating them.
I have a friend who is sick and in pain all the time, but won’t touch a vegetable unless it is on a pizza.
