Frisco is in Texas. News to me. There's also one in California--a place that I will never again visit for the rest of my life.

Frisco is a go-to burb for H-1Bs from India,Yep, there is a huge Hindu temple right down the street from me. But the Indians here are nice enough neighbors, I have no problems with them.

There's also one in California--a place that I will never again visit for the rest of my life. Ha! I used to live there, a long time ago. Thou shalt not call it "Frisco." "The City" is acceptable, or used to be.
It would probably depress the hell out of me to see it again. Herb Caen's San Francisco was mostly gone when I was there, and is now completely gone.

Hey neighbor, me either. I do see lots of panicking on Neighborhood from new CA transplants alarmed by Roughrider fireworks thinking it’s gunfire. Smh

My punishment for people like this would force them to live and work on a farm, from sunup to sundown, have no access to fast-food, snacks, the internet, or anything having to do with pop-culture, and they would be required to pass multiple classes in English, History, and Math. They could not leave until they passed the exams.
Plus, I would measure body fat percentage, and that would have to come down in order for them to leave.

Trespass orders, probably

Whew! I though it was Colorado.
I go there a lot (ski Breckenridge!)
As soon as I saw the pic’s I knew not the same place.

Herb Caen's San Francisco was mostly gone when I was there, and is now completely gone. I visited The City several times in the years when Caen was still alive and writing. The Heart of the Golden West was still a fun place to visit, and one felt safe, even at night in the Tenderloin district (named, it is said, for the choice cuts of meat that butchers in the district used to bribe cops).

(named, it is said, for the choice cuts of meat that butchers in the district used to bribe cops) Well, you taught me something.
Thanks for understanding my post.

Frisco is a suburb of Dallas. This trio would have been OK doing this in “Micky D”.

Frisco, Texas in 1987 was a farming town of about 400 people. Now it is about 150K in high end houses. That is serious growth. The land/property owners among those 400 people must have done very, very well.
