Can anyone doubt, now, that we are in a full fledged dictatorship? A senile aimless ego maniac (but a great thief and liar) is being encouraged to 'be tough' and prove that you can get things done. Not only was the warrant grossly unconstitutional, but Bitem's waving of Trump's executive privilege is grossly unconstitutional. Think about it; George Washington established the idea of executive privilege, based on the principle of 'separation of powers'. It allows a president to consult with a wide variety of people in order to formulate acceptable policies. If people think their private conversations will be exposed to public view, they will hesitate to contribute in developing governing policies.

If a following president can waive a previous president's executive privilege, THEN THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE! IOW, this administration is establishing that THEY are the supreme power!

Since when does a archivist have jurisidction over executive privelege? She is not the controlling legal authority here. The President and Congress set the rules here, not the staff.
