NO, he was against amnesty, he was against the Dept of Education, in fact he supported Reagan that it should have been abolished, he was against the China policy.

Do not lock those who supported the original idea of NAFTA into all the other things that happened.

NAFTA did turn out to be bad, but it was touted as something totally different.

It was the Republicans who ran the party after Gingrich left who ended up supporting many of the things you now want to accuse Gingrich of.

As for Perot, he was in the race for one reason and one reason only, to help get Clinton elected. Otherwise he would not have backed out, then jump back in.

If he cared so much why didn’t he run in 2008? Because he was on board with the big corporate push to take over the country. Where was he after Obama became President? Gone, silent, no where to be found. For 24 years after he ran again as a third party candidate he was silent.

I get so tired of the Ross Perot argument.

Ads for Buchanan, he hurt himself by being a big union supporter in the 80’s. Most conservative ran from him.

ecome silent for the next 10 years.

You're wrong. Newt voted aye in support on the creation of department of education. He vote in support of Reagan's amnesty and every amnesty in 90’s. He supported MFN with China, and vote aye for that as well. He's a traitor. Before defending the dude and gop ya need to know what they did.
