I'm pretty sure the Zeeper origin story came from the "Z"s painted on Russian Vehicles in the southern offensive and held up mindlessly at Putin Rally's (back when he could still go out in public) and was not for the Z in Zeleskyyyyy.
I asked aMorePerfectUnion what was a ZEEPER since it was posted...I was told:

Therefor, I made a joke out of Putin with PEEPER...A joke out of Biden with BEEPER. A joke out of Soros with SEEPER...
It was all in fun (to me)...
