This one seems to be pretty synced up. Perhaps the problems I had on the others were just with my phone, I do not know.
It probably started out as one or two people uploading and then other people downloading and re-uploading the originals. One person uploaded an out of sync version and a bunch of other people downloaded that and re-uploaded without checking it.
Everyone rushing to be the first to get it to their subscribers and go viral.
