You can get lysine from meat and dairy products, followed by beans.
It is also available as a supplement.

wouldn't be marvelous if we could discover a cure for kidney disease...Kidney disease comes on slowly so there would be time for early treatments...
then again, Kidney dialysis is BIG business, like cancer treatments.

Thanks. General reports conclude most people get enough lysine in their diet and don’t need supplements. Too much lysine supplement is associated with kidney stones.
