Unlike Bush Trump started no wars and focused on American freedom and prosperity. Trump also has all of the right enemies. We are in the middle of a civil war but you just cannot see it because they are killing us slowly. ‘Nuff said.
I like to think most sensible people can tell the difference between east and west. Most sensible people can see that Washington/Brussels/London/NATO has been pushing east, because it has. This is irrefutable.
Russia has not been pushing west, until now. This is on their border, there is nowhere for them to retreat and they won’t. They will fight and they will win if they have to. Once Europeans start getting cold, hungry, lose their jobs the logic will overwhelm them that Russia is not the aggressor and Russia is the more reliable partner.
EU politicians who persist in towing the line will be OUT and Nord I and II will be IN.

One thing I learned in the Airborne and US DOS service took years to realize. Reality and facts , not emotions, will lead you to the truth, not always what you want to believe. Fact is 1) Both Zelensky and Vlad are corrupted. 2) Vlad is winning this war, a war ( I have been in one) that the West can not understand. Sanctions and hopes the Russians will suffer enough to force regime change have backfired, and Vlad continues to CHECMATE Biden and the EU with every move.
Carry on soldier, having been played is a hard emotion to overcome.

The ugly truth is that if Trump was President he would probably be kicking Russian rears so hard that they would have barely gotten started on this ridiculous task.

Obama Biden provided non-lethal aid to Ukraine—blankets and meals. They did not want to make Russia mad. That is the invitation to where we are now.
More recently, President Trump gave Ukraine lethal aid. Yes, he gave it to bad man Zelensky that you and your Putin allies whine about so consistently.
That means that many of those dead Russian soldiers died because of deadly foreign aid Trump provided.
For me, that is wonderful because it allows me to be logically consistent.
You and the Putin lovers are sputtering and unable to muster a consistent argument about the matter.

All US troops could do was retreat.
