State’s need to ignore federal judges in state matters. They have no standing.
Employees should have the freedom to refuse ‘training’ that doesn’t relate to their actual position. That should be easy to write into a law.
Somewhere, somehow, the courts need to be forced to recognize that the “race, creed, color” statements in everybody’s non-discrimination clauses includes white people, too.

The judge is right, on the side of private companies and their free speech rights.
However, that still leaves the possibility of civil suits by those companies employees, on civil rights and frfee speech grounds, depending on the speciics of the CRT training and any employer attempts, by policy, to force employees to adobt the CRT beliefs.
