My thoughts too. The classic cars from 60 years ago can all be worked on, modified and maintained by their owners.
60 years from now today's cars will be just worthless piles of junk filled with obsolete electronics and chips that will be nonexistent.
As a side note, the world's largest car show kicks off today in S.E. Michigan. The Woodard Dream Cruise, 16 miles of classic cars lining Woodard Ave. from Detroit to Pontiac.......

Going out to work on my67 Camaro right now. I replace plastic parts with metal where I can. It will be running long after my 18 yo niece who will inherit it is gone.
