Can you vote under martial law in the US?
Yes. Unless the provisions of the US Constitution expressly says you can under a precise set of circumstances, no part of the Constitution can be legally infringed just because Martial Law or under any other law was declared. Voting is not one of those exceptions. To do so would be in of itself unconstitutional.
