Check out the BS they pulled in Boston with Whitey Bulger. One FBI guy actually went to prison for a time over it. Howie Carr often writes about this. They should have been disbanded at that time.

Mueller was a big part of that fro the very beginning- he was the one that gave the orders in the Whitey B situation...Mueller slipped out when the time was right for himself to not take blame for anything.
