Liz Cheney accuses Trump of 'insidious lie' about FBI search of his home
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Republican Liz Cheney broadened her attack on Donald Trump after losing her Tuesday night primary, saying the former president was spreading an "insidious lie" in alleging that the FBI agents who searched his Florida home were politically motivated.
Federal agents seized boxes of documents, some top secret, from the former president's Palm Beach, Florida, resort last week as part of an investigation into whether critical papers were removed illegally from the White House after Trump left office.
Trump has claimed without evidence that the investigation and the agents involved in it are part of a conspiracy by his political rivals to damage him politically.
"This is another insidious lie," U.S. Representative Cheney said in a speech conceding her Tuesday night loss. She added that Trump "knows that embracing these conspiracies will trigger violence and threats of violence. This happened on Jan. 6, and it's now happening again."
Cheney drew Trump's ire by voting to impeach him on a charge of inciting the deadly Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the U.S. Capitol by his supporters and going on to play a prominent role in the congressional probe into that day's violence.

She hates Trump because Trump revealed that Bush and her father Dick Cheney were responsible for two prolonged, unnecessary wars that reulted in over 6,000 young Americans killed, tens of thousands more forever maimed physically and psychologically and trillions squandered.

Oh, you're an election fraud denier! You guys don't miss anything. Btw, I always through it was ironic the Democrats, Communist and assorted America haters are always against common sense voter requirements, election audits etc, which would eliminate much fraud.
Some of these folks seem to be against nearly any form of mechanisms or basic requirements to insure our elections are not being tampered with.

Possible? Yes, pretty much anything is possible in today's politics. Probable? Let's just say I'm amazed at Trump's extraordinarily bad luck that every election lawsuit he filed was presided over by a Deep State judge, and that they all kept to the same story, something that decreases proportionally as the number of people in the conspiracy increases. You'd think he'd get at least 1 or 2 MAGA judges out of 60+ attempts.

That's odd, you're asking me if it's probable when I just told you it's very likely after 5 years of unethical political and *criminal* attacks on Trump, from both parties, from foreign leaders, leftist, Communist, the media, Hollywood, celebrities, billionaire drug kingpins, the DOJ, FBI, and CIA. These people tried everything to bury Trump.
