There is a big push lately on portraying having sex as nothing more than a recreational choice, as if morals and emotional entanglements are trivial at best. This allows certain folks to argue that sex workers and pedophiles are entitled to respect and that children should explore and engage at will. The overarching idea seems to be that there is no right or wrong when it comes to at least nonviolent sex.
