Trump made notice of Covid on Feb 4th....and I believe by that time he had already stopped incoming from China. At the end of February, Fauci was still saying..."we're watching it".

Nancy and Schumer were furious about shutting China out...Nancy went to China Town and kissed and hugged everyone in sight....telling everyone to come to China Town. Schumer in the meantime was calling Trump a racist.
