In what universe is this NOT racist?
The Minneapolis Public School officials who agreed to such a contract should be tried, convicted, and sentenced to be publicly flogged.
If it was against blacks or any other race they would be out in the streets burning down buildings.
But our side does/says nothing. So they get away with it.
Once you have accepted the concept of "affirmative action" in hiring, then this logically follows.
Affirmative Action has gone from:
"make a positive effort to ensure that blacks know about job openings so they can apply"
to "If you have two applicants of equal qualifications, hire the black one",
to "if you have a black applicant, then you must hire her, even if the white applicant is better qualified, as long as the black applicant meets the minimum requirements"
to "X% of hires MUST be black, regardless of anything. Just make do"
This is just Affirmative Action applied to layoff decisions. To invalidate this, you must invalidate the whole philosophy of affirmative action.
The Black teachers are demanding forced equality that is otherwise not possible
The action is a demand that their Black Asses be kissed
