A new paper has found that the #MeToo movement has caused a significant decline in the productivity of women academics because fewer are collaborating with their male colleagues. This fall is most acute in universities “where the perceived risk of sexual harassment accusations for men is high”, resulting in a chilling effect on cross-sex collaboration.

“Women academics” = #MeToo Marxists
Fortunately I’m self-employed but if I worked at a large company, especially a tech company, I would seriously consider quitting before training or assisting a female co-worker.
Paging Captain Obvious. Set females the workplace back 5-10 years.
Anyone else remembering the s***storm raised by the femnazis over Pence’s POLICY of never having one-on-one meetings with females? Here is a New Yorker Magazine headline from 2017; “Mike Pence’s Marriage and the Beliefs That Keep Women from Power”.
Now this report out of the blue? Who could have seen this coming?!
Women wear seductive clothes in order to attract desirable men.
If a man she regards as undesirable decides he can ask her out, then she gets offended and calls it sexual harassment.
This also is happening in the workplace. My office has men and woman segregating themselves, specifically because of the woke harassment policy implemented by HR.
Gee, I am shocked! We warned them but they know better. You don’t get equality by crying victim. If you can’t run with the big dogs stay on the porch.
You can have sex with women at work without losing your job by following a few simple rules:
Be handsome
Be attractive
Don't be unattractive
The other problem is women who wear seductive clothes and flirt at work, and then get angry at the guy who ignores them (because he is smart enough to know messing with women at work brings nothing but trouble).
This creates a hostile work environment—one of many reasons I enjoyed working at home.
Of course it has. What male in a corporate setting wants to mentor a female? The risk is too great - especially if he’s someone who has worked his way up to even a senior manager or director level role - let alone a VP position. Why risk throwing away decades of work knowing that all it would take would be a mere accusation by a female with no evidence whatsoever to wreck your career?
Yep.
Condemn men for not wanting to meet one on one with a female.
Then a year or two later
Empower any female to wreck the career of any male without her producing even a shred of evidence to support her accusations.
You’re gonna get a whole helluva lot more of the former once you support the latter.
So women need men to be productive?
Pence had a wise personal policy: do NOT EVER be alone with a woman who is not your wife.
If this reduces mentoring opportunities for women, though.
