My wife has used this (Solaray brand) for occasional blood pressure spikes, and it has been helpful.

This is a new use, to me.

Friggin’ love this stuff. I took it to help with my mood swings and itworked like a champ, but, unfortunately, it’ll make arthritis flare up like crazy. I had to stop taking it. Bummed about it.

Seems to have the opposite effect on me. I don’t know if it’s a cortisol boost or what, but it makes me jittery and shoots my blood pressure up like I drank ten cups of coffee.

I used to take a small amount pre-workout, since that was helpful for pushing through some hard sets, but I felt like I had to be really careful with it.

I’m seeing a lot of may and could in reviews of it. Healthline states in their presentation 7 science-based health benefits of Rhodiola rosea.

May help decrease stress
May help with fatigue
Could help reduce symptoms of depression
May improve brain function
May improve exercise performance
May help manage diabetes
May have anticancer properties

Of the seven science based health benefits not one of them said will or does. They’ve got a long way to go.

Over collection is already endangering it in some countries.

Blueberry leaf tea also does the trick and almost anyone can grow a blueberry plant.
