I’m seeing a lot of may and could in reviews of it. Healthline states in their presentation 7 science-based health benefits of Rhodiola rosea.

May help decrease stress
May help with fatigue
Could help reduce symptoms of depression
May improve brain function
May improve exercise performance
May help manage diabetes
May have anticancer properties

Of the seven science based health benefits not one of them said will or does. They’ve got a long way to go.

You go ahead and wait 30 years until it says it will.

Each of those “mays” you listed had at least one study showing it helped.

No can even say a healthy diet “will” do anything except likely cause better things to happen and cause worse things to likely decrease.
