Yup,I've done Quebec. “Arret” means “stop”. Apart from that I relied on my 15 years of French lessons...50 years ago. Je cherche le salle de bain!

Aren’t many of the streetsigns bilingual?
If Montreal is as bad as you say it is, I can only imagine Quebec City is worse.
