The 2020 Election was one of the worst events in US history. It will be remembered as the day the US constitution was broken and fraudsters stole our election. In less than three weeks all evidence from that election will be destroyed.
The 2020 Election was arguably the most damaging event in US history and certainly the most horrific in modern times. The US Constitution was discarded as villainous and power-hungry people planned for and eventually stole the election. Then they worked hard to cover it up.
It took the Democrats and their senile candidate with a lot of help to steal the election. It never could have been done, however, without the assistance of the corrupt media, corrupt Big Tech, corrupt Trump-haters in the GOP, the corrupt DOJ and the corrupt FBI. Also, numerous individuals and state governments were involved.

The fraud was ballots were created for every registered Democrat. Those ballots were put into drop boxes in deep blue areas where there is little oversight.
Taking those ballots and examining them will reveal nothing because each one is tied to a registered voter.
It is illegal to ask the voter if they submitted a ballot, but even if you did ask, they are Democrats and would say they did.
This is why statewide races were won in 2020.
Democrats won the White House and Senate, but lost seats in the House.
The Judicial Branch[es] never let any real, direct investigations occur.
Or like in WI some got to cast up to 7 ballots in each district they had registered in - mostly college students and paid dem operatives.
Why isn’t this the job of the candidates who believe there was misconduct?
And there was plenty of low hanging fruit to investigate. Such as the 400k Fulton County "ballots" in Georgia without a trace of required chain-of-custody documentation.
WHAT???? You expect republicans to think beyond their nose???
This is the way I see the problem too.
As long as they can legally print millions of extra ballots, have unguarded places where they can deposit them, and have weeks upon weeks to do it? We’re going to be losing. Unless we start doing the same thing.
Our problem is: We have to do it State-wide. Dems only have to do it in a few large cities.
Exactly. And they are counting the seconds.
As soon as it ticks off, that stuff will all be toast. As a matter of fact, I bet the election data from 2020 is destroyed far, FAR more quickly than it ever HAS been in the past.
Period.
None of that election data is going to be preserved.
There will no penalties if you don’t preserve it.
If you do preserve it, there is the possibility that you or someone you know will be prosecuted for misconduct of some sort, but...even though the prospect is vanishingly small, it still exists. So everything points to destroying the data and apologizing later with no ramifications.
We have set up an oversight system which encourages illegality.
There has already been plenty of proof of illegality.
But it is never enough to get anyone punished or held accountable.
And no amount of proof will ever be enough.
Why don’t they sue the states to require them to hold the voting records.
Excerpted from 14th Amendment...
"Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced [emphases added] in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Section 2: Apportionment of Representatives]
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
I don't know if there is a federal time limit for complaining about possible violation of Section 2, but given allegations of vote-counting fraud in 2020, the states shouldn't be throwing out 2020 election materials imo.
Insights welcome.

Gov.Gretchen Whitmer quickly ordered all the Michigan election machines to be erased totally. This was right after the results were announced. Attorney General complied.
The excuse: all Michigan voting machines from previous elections must be erased and blank to start fresh to be available for the next election (including petition ones and off year local elections). Thus they were blanked out.
