How come I never get these types of passengers on the planes I fly on?
'I spoke to staff and said, "Why have you not put her to the floor?". 'They said, "We’re not able to". I said, "Well I am".
So this airline doesn't have a protocol for handling unruly passengers in flight? Good to know.
