Jill Biden hit the shops on Kiawah Island Sunday afternoon with her granddaughter Finnegan Biden and daughter-in-law Melissa Cohen.

Members of the first family spent about 30 minutes in Freshfields Village, which is a small shopping center on the island off the South Carolina coast.
They spent time in Indigo Books, an independent bookstore; Holly & Brooks, a fashion store; Las Olas, a swimware store; and Tina Stephens, which describes itself as a place for travel-friendly lifestyle wear.(snip)
The Bidens are spending nearly a week on the luxury island. The president and first lady, along with Hunter Biden, Melissa Cohen and Baby Beau arrived on Wednesday via Air Force One.
They are staying for free at a sprawling beachfront estate on Kiawah Island, in one of its gated communitiees.
The nine-bed retreat is owned by Maria Allwin, 66, the wealthy widow of New York hedge fund mogul James Allwin and a long-time Democratic Party donor.
The 10,500 square foot beachfront property boasts a separate guesthouse as big as a family home and huge saline swimming pool.
Kiawah is an island off South Carolina, just 25 miles southwest of Charleston. It is primarily a private beach and golf resort.
The small, exclusive island is only 10 miles wide.
