Llifebuoy soap deer repellant, we used it shaved in a panty hose tied to trees in the corners of the yard
Looks like soap may be the answer

The deer treat my azaleas like a buffet; especially when the snow is covering the grass. Try to use commercial repellant but it appears to lose potentcy after a short while.
Irish Spring soap also works well.
There are certain plants that tend to repel deer, and I have found that planting the repellant plants around tomato plants and other kinds of "deer candy" will keep the deer away. Try surrounding your garden with rosemary, oregano, russian sage, lavender, and marigolds.

This works well for a while, as does aluminum pans hung from fishing line. My mother had success hanging twinkle lights around her garden. It seems to me the thing is to change it up. Use one thing for a while, and then another. The deer get a accustom to something and then start ignoring it when they realize it poses no danger.
