How does one donate without giving to the traitorous RNC?
I was not going to donate until he announced his candidacy, but I’ve donated twice since Monday. If nothing else, to show I am behind him.

I thought the WinRed service was part of the RNC (and they get a percentage of all receipts)?
I don’t trust giving money to sub-organizations or PAC’s, I only give directly to the candidate.

According to Wiki, WinRed is indeed an RNC operation. Trump is giving the RNC a chunk of the proceeds.

One day, out of curiosity, I went to the Open Secrets website to see who else in my area was donating to conservatives (along with lib ‘rats), and much to my chagrin found that my donations had gone to an outfit called WinRed.
I had no intention of sending my hard earned cash to the McConnells and Collinses of the Republican party.
Therefore, this time around my wallet stays closed until I can be assured it’s going to the candidates I truly intend to support.
