Yeah, they could all give 100,000 individuals a watermelon Jolly Rancher to fabricate and deposit one extra phony ballot, along with their own.

No need to do that. The non-profit producing the fakes could just drop them in the mail.

Why hire a bunch of mules to drive them all over the place when they could just walk down to the mail box?
